JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is open to US based candidates with an understanding of the US construction industry and with background in Customer Service / Inside Sales roles (preferred). The CS/ IS supports our sales, purchasing and engineering teams and is assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. CS / IS responsibilities include answering phone calls, processing sales orders and helping with customer enquiries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling incoming phone calls/ “gatekeeping”.
- Processing enquiries and quotations.
- Keeping customers informed about order/delivery status.
- Providing general support to visitors and guests.
- Assisting the sales/ field team with customer/order information.
- Processing sales orders and re-stocking orders.
- Checking stock levels and processing stock levels information.
- Stock movements – goods in, goods out.
- Processing warehousing tasks.
- Processing logistic tasks (freight estimates, freight coordination, freight invoices etc.).
- Processing customer invoices.
- General office duties (e.g. data entry, filing, copying).
- Maintaining contact lists and general information in the ERP system.
- Preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Backup for Replenishment Manager/ Supply Chain Manager.
- Personnel Management for other Customer Service Employees (+ Office Management).
REQUIREMENTS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND SKILLS
- Excellent written and spoken American English communication skills.
- Good written and spoken German communication skills (preferred).
- Distinct reliability and commitment in internal and external communication.
- Working with office management systems, MS Office (Excel) and office equipment (printers, copier etc.).
- Ability to work productively, efficiently, effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales.
- Good self- organized and independent work in our Suwanee (GA) office.
- Capable of prioritising tasks and multiple assignments.
- Good research skills and attention to detail.
- Proactivity and personal responsibility.
- Good attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to work overtime and/ or flexible hours when required.
- Extremely good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to both the organisation and its members.

- Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP Systems.
- MS Office skills for Outlook, Excel (+ VB), Word, PowerPoint.
- 2- 3+ years of experience of sales and office administration.
JOB TYPE/ BENEFITS
- Permanent Position: This is a permanent role.
- Full-Time Employment: Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (including a 1-hour lunch break).
- Location: Suwanee 30024, Georgia.
- Work Authorization: Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.
